Bio
Fedor Borisyuk is technical leader in the domain of computer vision at Facebook. He leads a team of great machine learning engineers and researchers working on Photo Search and other exciting problems related to visual understanding. His interests lie in using large amounts of weakly/noisy annotated image data to build a visual representation, modeling relationship between textual and image domain, visually similar recommendations, and building scalable user facing visual understanding systems. Prior to joining Facebook he worked in Microsoft and LinkedIn, and got his PhD from Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University.
