Bio
Renata is a Data Scientist with more than 10 years of business experience. She has worked for many companies such as Grubhub, Google, Bosch and IBM, working with Time Series, Multi-Armed Bandits, Recommender Systems and more. She did her Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master in Theoretical Computer Science in her home country, Brazil. During her career, she published papers in Machine Learning in international conferences, and has 3 patents under her name. For the past 9 years, she has been volunteering in many Women in Tech organizations, such as BlackGirlsCode and WomenWhoCode. She is part of the Machine Learning committee of the Grace Hopper foundation and was selected as a WomenTechMakers Ambassador by Google in 2022.
